Eagulou City is a city in the south of Rijon, and the smallest city in the region. It is the home of the eighth and final gym in the Rijon League, as well as the Safari Zone equivalent, Eagulou Park.

Eagulou City only has three buildings: the Pokémon Center, the PokéMart, and the entrance to Eagulou Park at the top.
To the left of the Park entrance is a cave entrance to Mt. Boulder, through which the Rijon Tunnel and Hayward City can be reached. The entrance to the right leads to the Gym and the cave before it, where wild Pokémon can be battled.

The gym is located in the north of the city, accessed via the right-hand cave entrance. However, the player will need the Mist Stone from Hayward City to enter it. Inside the cave are two levels: the first floor contains two trainers and wild Pokémon at level 22-42, while the second floor contains the gym.
The gym leader is Giovanni, who uses Ground-type Pokémon at levels 55-60. Winning will award the player TM27 (Fissure) and the Star Badge.
Eagulou Park[]
- Main article: Eagulou Park
The Park works like the Safari Zone in the base games. By paying 500, the player is allowed to enter the park with 30 Park Balls. After taking 500 steps within the park, or when they run out of Park Balls, the player will be warped back to the entrance.

By the time of Prism, most of the people living in Eagulou City have moved out in response to a prison opening in the city, and both the streets and the Pokémon Center are empty.
The same buildings remain as in Pokémon Brown: the PokéMart, Pokémon Center and entrance to Eagulou Park. The left-hand cave entrance leads to 1F of Mt. Boulder and, through it, the Rijon Tunnel and the otherwise inaccessible part of Hayward City. The right-hand cave entrance leads to a small cave that requires Surf to reach the lower floor, in which the prison has been built. This prison also functions as the city's gym.

The gym is located in the north of the city, accessed via the right-hand cave entrance. Inside the cave are two levels: the first floor is an ordinary cave (though with no trainers, items or wild Pokémon) that requires Surf to cross, while the lower floor contains a prison which functions as the gym, containing the leader.
The gym leader is Silver, who uses a mixture of Pokémon at levels 79-88. Winning will award the player TM08 (Flash) and the Star Badge.
Eagulou Park[]
- Main article: Eagulou Park
The Park is now free to enter and has no limit on the number of steps that the player can take within it at a time. However, the wild Pokémon in the park cannot be attacked, and can only be caught with Eagulou Balls. These must be purchased beforehand from the PokéMart, at 100 each.

In Rijon Adventures, the city is larger. A move deleter has been added, along with a beach where the player can have a rematch with Karpman.
A house in front of Trainer Hill would also house an old woman who will teach the Ultimate moves (Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn) to starter Pokémon.
