The Beer Keg is an item in Pokémon Brown and Rijon Adventures.
Pokémon Brown[]
This item replaces the Fresh Water from the official games. It restores 50 HP when used on a Pokémon, and is required for the player to enter Botan City; the guard will smell the beer, drink it, and doze off. Beer Kegs can be bought not only from Southland Mall's vending machines, but also at the Poké Mart in Jaeru City.
Rijon Adventures[]
A man in Moraga Town gives the player a free keg of beer, the only one in the game. It is not usable on a Pokémon, but instead must be given to the guard at the entrance to Botan City. It replaces the Tea from FireRed and LeafGreen.
