Rinji is the second gym leader in Pokémon Prism. The player fights him in Rinji's Forest, the location of Heath Gym. He is presumably the namesake of the Eevee received in an in-game trade in Pokémon Brown.

His hometown is Heath Village, where he is Leader of Heath Gym.
