Spurge City is a city in Naljo. It is located north of Mound Cave and south of Route 74.

PokéMart[]
The PokéMart in Spurge City is exceptionally large. Although it has only one floor, there are several different counters, from which the player can buy various different types of items.
To the left of the room, the player can buy restorative items like Potions, status heal items, and Moomoo Milk. In the top-left, in-battle effect items like X Attack are for sale. The lower-right corner sells Poké balls, Escape Ropes and Poké Dolls. In the top-right is a food court, with two counters selling identical fast food and soda pop, items which heal the player's pokémon when used.
At the back of the room in the middle are two ATMs, which allow the player to open a bank account. Money can be deposited and withdrawn, as well as 25% be sent automatically to the bank banks after each trainer battle (much like the mother in G/S/C).
In the middle of the room, just above the entrance, the man behind the counter will exchange the player's Gold Tokens for prizes.

Pokémon can be both donated and adopted here, once the player has an Orphan Card (obtained inside).
Spurge Casino[]

A variety of games can be played here to try and win coins. Before playing any of them, the player needs a Coin Case. This can be bought from the man at the table just to the right of the entrance, costing 1000.
Apartment Building[]
A large apartment building is in the center of the city, behind the PokéMart. There are three floors total, with the top two containing some apartments that can be entered. On the third floor, in the northernmost room (2-D), the player will be given TM67 (Tri Attack) by the occupant.
